We’d like to believe that the days are past when Quality Assurance is isolated from the entire project management cycle. We’d like to believe that communication is happening at every stage, within every department, and that this communication is valued. But is it? Quality is still a misunderstood concept in many enterprises. Quality touches everyone and everything or it in effect touches nothing.
